We understand things don’t workout and our team is here to help you with the best customer service. We DO NOT COVER SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO US. Simply mail the item(s) to our office within 5 business days from the receipt of your order. Please include your order number and name:

Please allow 5-10 business days to process any return. We do not exchange items. We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with tracking number once shipped. Store credit will be issue via email. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. All returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY. Which can be used for a future purchase store credit.
Returned packages will only be eligible for store credit if they meet the following criteria:
. All returns must be posted out within 5 days from date of receipt
. All items must have the original tags attached
. All items must be in good, unworn condition, no stains, rips, foul odors, etc
. Swim suits & Undergarments, Bodysuits can not be returned
. Any items in the Sale Category, Bags, Accessories CAN NOT BE RETURNED
. There will be no refunds by cash or debit back to any Credit or Debit cards
We use USPS Priority Shipping. All orders ship out within 24 - 48hrs. (Monday - Saturday)
Moore Pieces Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK- USPS. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
